Claiming your player profile
Your organizer sent you a link? Turn the profile they made for you into your own account in two minutes. No app needed.
What the link is
Your organizer already created a player profile for you, with your name and your rating. The link they sent turns that profile into your own Padel Fast account. Everything on it comes with you: your rating, the games you have played and your place in the league.
- You don't need the app. The link opens on the Padel Fast website, on a phone or a computer.
- You only need an email address and a password you choose.
- The link is personal. It works once, for 24 hours.
Claiming your profile
Open the link your organizer sent you.
You'll see your name, your rating and the name of the organizer who created the profile. If something looks wrong, ask the organizer to fix it before you continue.
Check your name and email.
Your email may already be filled in. You will sign in with this email from now on, so use one you can open.
Choose a password.
At least 6 characters. Tap the eye icon to see what you typed.
Tap Claim profile.
Your account is created and you are signed in straight away. A few short questions follow (country, phone, a photo if you like). You can skip anything optional.
Don't sign up separately first. If you create an account yourself and then open the link, you end up with two profiles, and the one your organizer made is not connected to you.
After claiming
- Your rating is the one your organizer set. You don't need to choose one, and it changes as you play competitive games.
- If your organizer placed you in a league division, you are already a member of that league. There is no need to send a request to join.
- Next time, sign in at padelfast.com with the same email and password, or in the Padel Fast app if you prefer.
If something goes wrong

| This link has expired | Links work for 24 hours. Ask your organizer for a new one. |
| That email already has a Padel Fast account | That email is already used by an account, perhaps one you made earlier or your partner's. Use a different email, or ask your organizer what to do. |
| You are signed in as someone else | The browser is signed in to another account, for example your partner's on a shared phone. Tap Sign out and continue, then claim. |
| This profile has already been claimed | The link was used already. If that was you, just sign in with the email you used. |
| This link was cancelled | Your organizer withdrew the link or removed the profile. Ask them for a new one. |
Sharing an email with your partner? Each account needs its own email address. If you only have one between you, one of you can stay a player your organizer manages. You can still play in every game.
