Buying and using credits

Buy credits from a host, pay for activities by scanning a QR code, and keep track of your balances.

Overview

Many hosts on Padel Fast — the organizers running tournaments and sessions — take payment in credits. You buy a package of credits up front, paid by card, and then spend them on their activities — like open play or a court hour — and on their tournament entry fees, without paying by card each time.

Credits can only be spent with the host you bought them from. Credits from one host can't be used with another, and they can't be exchanged for money. Credits don't expire.

Buying credits

You can buy credits wherever the host offers them:

  • On the host's profile, in the Credits card.
  • Under My credits in your dashboard, with Buy more on your balance with them.
  • On the spot — when your balance is too low to pay for something, their packages are offered right there.

Tap Buy on the package you want.

You need to be signed in. If you aren't, you're asked to sign in first and brought back afterwards.

Review the summary.

The checkout shows the price, any tax the seller charges, and the total. It also reminds you who the credits can be spent with.

Pay.

Enter your card details, or use another payment method offered at checkout, and tap Pay. The credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment clears — usually within seconds.

Some payment methods, such as bank debits, take a few days to clear. Your credits are added once they do. You get an email receipt and a notification when your credits arrive.

Paying with a QR code

Hosts put up QR codes for the things you pay for with credits, for example at the reception or next to the courts.

Scan the code with your phone's camera.

It opens a payment page with the activity, its price in credits and, once you're signed in, your balance with that host.

Tap Pay and confirm.

The confirmation shows the price and what your balance will be afterwards. After paying you see a Paid screen with your new balance — show it at the desk if you're asked to.

If your balance is too low, the page shows how many credits you need and offers the seller's packages, so you can top up and pay in one go.

Paying tournament entry fees

My credits

Open your dashboard and choose My credits under the Payments section. You'll see one card for each host you have credits with, showing your balance.

  • Buy more — buy another package from that host.
  • History — every purchase, payment, gift and refund on that balance, with your balance after each one.

Your credit package purchases also appear under Purchases in your dashboard, with their receipts — see the Purchases and receipts guide.

Refunds

Credits can't be turned back into money by yourself. If you need a refund — of a credit payment or of a package you bought — contact the host. They can give credits back, or refund a package purchase to your card.
