I rented out 2 padel rackets with a £100 deposit, I go to the machine and there is only a single racket so I was missing what I paid for, I then had to rent out another racket so my friend could play, this had a £50 deposit. I wasn’t able to return the first racket as there was issues with the vending machine and there was no staff available at all! It’s been a week and my £150 deposit still hasn’t come back, I’ve sent 2 emails and had 0 response. There was no staff on site and now no one is replying to my emails how do I get my money back?

Mark Cioni is a fantastic padel coach. He’s helped me go from a complete beginner to an upper-intermediate player, and the improvement has been huge. He’s friendly, encouraging and always gives clear, practical advice that makes a real difference. Highly recommended!

Card reader does not work, we had to return home to bring physical cards to try and get it to work, which butchered our play time; when it did work it was £10 for 2 racquets with a £100 deposit which we have not gotten back for 3 days.

Don't recommend at all. You pay for padel and you can't even play. Mentioned on the website you can easily rent padel rackets. However when we got there there was a vending machine for the rackets which had a broken card reader therefore we couldn't rent rackets to play and the people before us got a free 2 hours whilst we were just sat waiting for someone to respond on email ( they didn't even respond on email). Shocking

Entrance is not clearly labelled - we walked into the establishment next door and were met with ignorant stares from the receptionist. When we were going onto the site there is no staff present which I don’t particularly mind but for health and safety I think there should be at least one person monitoring and helping out. Hiring rackets were fine however there was a glitch as the next people to hire rackets were unable to as there was a racket in the vending machine but it was not detected by the computer system. At the end of the day it was a padel pitch and we played on it but it lacked service.
