Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience with our membership a little less than a year now and I’m happy to give the club 4 stars. A special thank you to the crèche staff, (Geeta,Margaret)who are always wonderful, as well as the trainers(Seray,George S,Kim H,Lucy)I’d also like to thank Stefan from Sales for his help with our membership. I also want to mention the reception team.The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they have helped me twice when I had misplaced personal belongings. A special thank you to the lovely lady whose name I unfortunately can’t remember — she has blonde highlights and blue eyes. She has been particularly helpful and kind.I don’t always see her at reception, so I’m not sure if she also has a managerial role, but I wanted to make sure her help was recognized.(she was here today at the reception she helped me with my missing valuable item ) The reason I’m giving 4 rather than 5 stars comes down to a few minor things here and there, but mainly the ongoing issue with the parent parking spaces. I have raised this concern many times, but unfortunately it still hasn’t been resolved\. For families using the crèche, having the designated parent parking available and properly managed makes a real difference. I really hope a solution can be found, because once the parking issue is properly addressed, I would be very happy to update my review to 5 stars. Overall, we enjoy being members and appreciate the many staff members who make our experience a positive one.
Lloyd was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the club, classes, availability. He took me through everything in a very structured manner, not overwhelming and allowed me to circle back and ask as many questions as I needed. And I’ve signed up! Start tomorrow! Thanks Lloyd!!
Hannah is exceptional - I came in not being sure whether I wanted to rejoin but she took her time to show me around. She is professional, cooperative and lovely.
