Paid to play with friends a few weekends ago. I received a call from one of their workers and got told that i can’t play the day i booked bevause they have an event and all the courts have been booked out. I ask why did they not then rather close the booking option for that day and I got a lousy excuse. I asked for a refund and was told Im not able to get one bevause they cant issue refunds to which I did not understand why bevause the issue at hand was not made by me but rather by them. I’d need to cancel 6hrs before my booking time to get a refund but I was inconvenienced by them.

Had fun paddling the place was comfy, and secure no worries of losing the ball, and the court was neat and clean.
