I have been coming to play padel here since 2024 and it's been great. Staff usually are nice and helpful but for our session in the evening this young member of staff was rude and it felt very unwelcoming. I came to the door where he would just stare out of the window and take his sweet time opening the door knowing I was already stood waiting until I rang the bell. He came up to the padel courts and just sat staring at me near our belongings. He showed no enthusiasm for his job at all and lacked basic customer service. I have never had an issue with any staff members here in my time playing here and they have always been great and enthusiastic but this has really ruined my experience. Management have now dealt with my complaint in a professional manner and were supportive.
