    Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht von Oxygen Court Tennis. Ich hatte für den 13.05. um 10:00 Uhr eine private Tennisstunde gebucht und stand pünktlich auf dem Platz. Als um 10:05 Uhr immer noch niemand erschienen war, habe ich angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Stunde abgesagt werden muss. Daraufhin sind wir extra noch ins Office gefahren, um einen Ersatztermin zu vereinbaren. Dort wurde uns ein neuer Termin für den nächsten Tag um 10:00 Uhr bestätigt. Leider wurde auch dieser Termin dann mittags wieder abgesagt. Zwar soll das Geld zurücküberwiesen werden, trotzdem wirkt die ganze Organisation sehr unprofessionell und ehrlich gesagt ziemlich merkwürdig. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir den Trainer sogar noch auf einem Roller an uns vorbeifahren gesehen haben. Schade – wir hatten uns wirklich auf das Training gefreut, aber so ein Ablauf ist leider nicht akzeptabel.

    I spent about 1.5 months training tennis here and it was truly one of the highlights of my time on Koh Phangan) The location is perfect-easy to get to and really convenient, which made every session a joy to look forward to) The staff are so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to help;) What made my experience truly special was the amazing coach Kostiantyn. From complete beginner, I learned so much-not just technique, but the love for the game itself. He was patient with all my questions (and even my little emotional moments😄) explained everything so clearly, and encouraged me every step of the way) I’m so grateful for his guidance and support. Thank you for such a wonderful place to practice, grow, and have fun;) I’ll always remember my time here with a big smile and a grateful heart!)
