I go here regularly for swimming and gym. The staff are great
Disappointing service and rude staff — place is good, but management let it down today I arrived at 9:00 PM for the advertised men-only swimming session scheduled from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Despite the centre clearly showing it was open until 10:00 PM, I was refused entry and told they were closing early with no prior notice given anywhere. What made it worse was the attitude of the manager — he was not polite or helpful at all. I wasted my journey and felt very let down. The facilities themselves are fine, but the service and behaviour tonight were completely unacceptable. Customers rely on the published timetable — please honour your advertised opening hours and treat people with respect.
Looks like somewhere i could go and swim, use the gym abd play badminton once I can access the online application
Most of the cubicles have broken locks.
