We booked the padel court on MATCHi for Monday. Sunday (one day earlier) we even called them to ask if they have rackets and I told them that I’m booking for Monday (they didn’t make the effort to tell me that they are closed mondays). When we got there everything was closed and i couldn’t reach anyone (because they are closed as stated on google). Then I reached out to the MATCHi team and they told me to contact Marimba Blue. Which I did. They never answered and we never got our money back. Such a waste of money and time.
