Very disappointing customer service. I’ve been playing at this club for a while, and this was the first time I had to cancel at short notice because I had the flu. I explained the situation and asked if they could make an exception, but they were unwilling to offer any real solution. The only option they offered was for me to find another open match and ask the other players to move there. This would have kept the club’s original booking and payment intact, but the alternative match had a player with a significantly lower level, so it wasn’t really a suitable replacement for the players involved. I understand cancellation policies, but I expected more flexibility and consideration for a regular customer in a genuine case of illness. After this experience, I won’t be coming back.
Great fun
Great place, clean and tidy, helped us out with all questions. Thank you!
