Simpelthen for ringe.
Please see other reviews, the club are foolishly not giving me a refund which I am entitled to via Danish Law. I am now raising this with Forbrugerrådet Tænk and also having people share my experience over multiple social media platforms throughout Denmark and will be bringing this up to speed with the relevant governing bodies. Too be clear they have charged me for a service I did not use and an additional amount for my part on top.
Avoid this club, they have taken two incorrect amounts out of my account, I had booked a court via PadelMates- they refuse to refund and they do not get back to you. Hopefully these reviews will warn others of their practices!
Stay clear of this Padel club, I booked via padelmates they have taken two amounts, one full amount for the court and one for partial payment, the match did not happen as no one joined. I have never experienced this with any other Padel club, they also took over 24 hours for a simple refund request. I will be escalating legally as companies cannot do this. Avoid this club and hopefully this review will stop you from playing here, DO NOT TRUST!
