Lights did not work, no staff on site to help, and they won’t respond to my calls or emails do a refund.
Such a lovely community. Made me feel welcome from day one.
We booked a court, paid for it, but the access code we received didn’t work. As a result, we were unable to access the court and play, wasted evening. I tried to contact this tennis club by email, phone and what’s app, but nobody is responding. Looks like a scam - they received the payment and now ignore my messages to refund it since the court was closed. Really disappointing…
