The staff is not service-minded at all here. I do not recommend this gym.

Jag besökte det här stället nyligen, det är fantastiskt.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased the 2026 Summer Card for 999 SEK through the Nordic Wellness website, but my existing membership continued to be charged, resulting in for exactly the same period. The website did not clearly inform me that I would be charged for both memberships. Customer service now refuses to refund the money and says I should have cancelled my existing membership separately. So this summer cost me more than 2500 SEK 😠. I am certainly cancelling my membership here and go to some other gym. I find it unacceptable that customers are not clearly informed about such significant additional costs during the purchase process, and then are refused a refund afterwards even when it was clearly double payment for the same period. Be very careful if you already have a Nordic Wellness membership before purchasing any campaign offer.
