  We have always had a very positive experience with this club. The staff are wonderful, the food is excellent, and the place itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Unfortunately, our recent experience was extremely disappointing. We had an existing court booking, yet it was suddenly removed because the club wanted to accommodate another group. For me, this is not simply about losing a court—it is about trust, fairness, and respecting a confirmed commitment. I have genuinely supported this club in many ways. I helped create and organize a Mahjong community at the club, and I also supported their competition through sponsorship. I never expected special treatment, discounts, or complimentary benefits in return. What I did expect was simply to have the same respect given to me as a loyal customer. It is disappointing when a club is happy to receive your support, but when another opportunity comes along, your confirmed booking can suddenly be treated as less important. The staff and venue deserve five stars, but unfortunately, customer loyalty and the way this situation was handled deserve a very different rating. I sincerely hope the management reflects on this, because a beautiful club is not built only by its facilities—it is built by how it treats the people who support it.   Extremely unprofessional management. We booked and paid for a court via the app weeks in advance (Aug 23) for Sep 7. The owner cancelled our confirmed booking on Sep 4, just three days before our booking, as the court was requested by another group. A refund doesn’t compensate for the disrupted plans and wasted time. A confirmed booking made and paid for weeks in advance should be honoured. Unreliable venue.
