AMA Padel, Pilates & Recovery is Chiang Mai's first padel-anchored health and wellness hub, nestled in nature in the heart of the city and surrounded by mountains. The complex brings together three padel courts, one padbol court, two Pilates studios, a recovery zone with sauna and ice baths, and a café. It is designed as a complete lifestyle destination where sport, movement, recovery, and community all come together in one place.

Amazing spot in Chiang Mai for Pilates and recovery. All of the Pilates instructors are amazing and the studio is brand new with high quality equipment in a gorgeous, peaceful setting. The recovery zone is also great - the Finnish sauna is really hot and the ice baths are really cold and the owner and everyone that works there is so lovely. Highly recommend

Great padel club! A friendly atmosphere—you feel at ease right away and want to come back and play. Very happy to have discovered this place; I highly recommend it! 🎾😊

really nice court and nice sevices. The Coach/Boss Mate was really devoted and patient to coach us. We’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends!

I had a wonderful experience at this newly opened padel court! The atmosphere is super refreshing and surrounded by nature, making it a truly unique place to play. The owner and staffs are incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly! After playing, relaxing in the sauna and taking ice bath is the best way to recover. Definitely my new favorite padel court. Highly recommended for anyone who loves padel and great post-game recovery!
