Plug Padel Fast Into Your Club System
If you run a padel club, there is a good chance your week lives in two systems that have never heard of each other. Your booking or member software knows who your customers are. Padel Fast knows how they play — the americanos, the leagues, the live scores, the ratings. Between the two sits someone on your team, re-typing names.
That gap closes today. With the Padel Fast Club API, available on the Pro Club plan, your own software can talk to Padel Fast directly: a secure REST API to sync your players, enter them into tournaments programmatically, and read live results back — all under the customer IDs you already use.
What you can build with it
The API is deliberately practical. It covers the four things clubs kept asking us for:
- Player sync with your own customer IDs. Keep a player pool on Padel Fast that mirrors your member database. Every player you push carries your identifier, so anything you read back maps cleanly onto your own records — no lookup tables, no CSV exports.
- Programmatic tournament entries. Add synced players to your tournaments straight from your system. Your members do not need the app or an account for you to enter them — they just show up and play.
- Tournaments and results, readable. List the tournaments you host with their format, status (Pending, Ongoing or Finished) and current round, and pull players, teams and groups — including points, wins and ratings — through dedicated endpoints.
- Usage analytics built in. Your dashboard shows every call your integration makes, broken down per endpoint and per day, with status codes and response times. When something misbehaves, you see it without leaving Padel Fast.
Security, without the homework
API keys are treated the way you would hope. The full key is shown exactly once, when you create it — we store only a hash, never the key itself, and keep a short prefix so you can tell your keys apart later. You can revoke or rotate a key at any moment. And because access is tied to your Pro Club subscription, a lapsed key simply reactivates when the subscription renews — no re-integration needed.
A Friday night, automated
Here is the scenario this was built for. Your Friday americano opens for booking on Monday. As members book courts in your system, it pushes each of them to Padel Fast with their membership number and adds them to the tournament. By Friday evening the draw is ready, players score their own matches from the court, and the leaderboard runs live on your clubhouse TV.
On Saturday morning, your system reads the finished tournament: results, points and ratings, each row tagged with your own customer ID. Attendance streaks, member-of-the-month, a discount for the winner — that data is now yours to use, automatically, every week.
