I had been playing at this paddle club for a while, mostly on Saturdays. The players I met there were great, and I always enjoyed the games. Unfortunately, my experience ended on a disappointing note. One Saturday, I accidentally overslept for a 9:30 a.m. game. Since I live about an hour away, I immediately called the organizer, Brat, explained what happened, and sincerely apologized for missing the match. The following week, I noticed I wasn't receiving any invitations. When I checked, I discovered that I had been removed from the WhatsApp group without any conversation, explanation, or opportunity to discuss what happened. I completely understand that missing a game can inconvenience others, and I accepted responsibility by apologizing right away. What disappointed me was the way the situation was handled. A simple conversation would have been much more professional and respectful than removing someone without any communication. The players themselves were excellent, but my experience with the organizer left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope the club encourages better communication and treats regular players with more respect in the future.
