  Terrible experience. Avoid this place if Houria is managing the front desk. I called ahead to confirm the price for 6 people, and she explicitly stated it was 290 AED total per hour. When we arrived, she suddenly charged us over 400 AED and denied what she said on the phone.On top of the hidden fees, her attitude was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. She gave us judgmental looks, made rude faces, and kept questioning how 6 people would play on one court, which was none of her business. To make matters worse, she didn't even bother to show us to our court until we demanded it. Terrible customer service and zero professionalism.

  Very disappointing experience. We had a private booking, but when we arrived, there were still people inside using the area even though their time had already finished. We asked one of the staff members to check because it’s not the customer’s job to ask people to leave. He didn’t seem interested and told us to just go in. We asked him again to make sure, and he came back saying they had already left. However, when we went inside, they were still there. In the end, we had to speak to them ourselves and ask them to leave. This isn’t the first time we’ve felt that some of the staff are unmotivated and don’t really care about customer service. Management should pay more attention to staff attitude and make sure bookings are handled properly.
