Unfortunately, my experience at Bateen Ladies Beach was extremely disappointing, especially compared to my previous experience before the renovation, when the entrance fee was AED 25. Back then, the experience was much better. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were not helpful or welcoming. When I tried to book at the reception, I was told to go online, make the booking myself, and then come back. The booking information was also unclear. We understood that our booking included access to both the beach and the swimming pool, but when we tried to use the pool, we were not allowed in. The service was also disappointing. While the staff member was still taking our order, we asked to change one item. We were simply told that it was not possible, even though we were willing to pay any price difference. I genuinely could not understand why such a simple change could not be accommodated. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness of the beach. The water was very dirty, and there were many sea creatures/scorpions both in the water and around the beach area. This made swimming extremely uncomfortable and concerning. After the renovation and with the higher prices, I expected a much better experience in terms of cleanliness, organization and customer service. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. It is disappointing because the place has great potential, but the current experience does not justify the higher price. I sincerely hope management reviews the cleanliness of the beach, the booking process, and the quality of customer service.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Bateen Ladies Beach. The service at both the pool and the beach is truly extraordinary — the staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Irene and Natasha at the pool for their outstanding service, and to Hiba in management for making everything run so smoothly. You all made my visit unforgettable!

I went there a few months ago the place was big and really spacious they had lockers they had a lot of bathrooms and the vibes were really good. Unfortunately I had a heat stroke because it was really hot "normal to happen" and one of the staff named Lillian took very good care of me immediately and made sure that i was okay she was such a sweet heart and she's the reason why im writing this review. the place is a 10/10 and lillian made it better. thank you❤️
