  Really poorly maintained courts. The floor is made of some cheap modular flooring that lies unevenly on the concrete below, creating inconsistent bounces. The net sags and is in bad shape. The walls have cracks. I expected these courts to be new as I have never seen courts here previously, so I don't know how they managed to get run down so quickly. The only explanation I can think of is that they imported some old, cheap courts from somewhere and just bolted it on to the preexisting concrete. Even so, we managed to have fun with it. Quite a good price too. But probably will look elsewhere for our next session
