Welcome to Madison House Private Members Club. **Cancellation Policy ** Court bookings may be cancelled through Playtomic at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time for an automatic full refund. Full court booking fees will apply to self-cancellations made within 12 hours. We kindly ask that bookings be released promptly, allowing other Members a fair opportunity to reserve their preferred court times. **Wet Weather Policy ** Should heavy rain, thunder or lightning make the courts unsafe or unplayable before your session, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full. When weather conditions interrupt play: * Within the first 30 minutes, the full booking value will be returned strictly as Playtomic credit. * After 30 minutes of play, the full court booking rate will apply. __ **For Support ** Simply leave us a message through Playtomic Chat on your booking and our team will revert to you when we're back online.   Unfortuantely for a members club, there is no answer to calls nor whatsapp messages. I am trying to get in touch with the club via phone and whatsapp to check if non members can book padel courts (as Playtomic allows bookings to the public) but there is no way to contact the club.

  Phone doesn't work, no staff to support for anything. Avoid this club who doesn't care about its members

  Extremely disappointing for the padel court. It rained today and we had absolutely no reliable way to know whether the court was playable or whether our match was going ahead. The number on Playtonic was never answered, emails were ignored, and METT said they were not responsible. We were left with no way to contact Madison House or even find out how to request a refund. For a padel facility in Singapore, where rain is a completely predictable issue, having no responsive contact channel is simply unacceptable. Paying premium prices and receiving essentially zero support is ridiculous.

  Such a poor experience trying to find out about membership details that I can’t even imagine being a member and questions I asked are basic like what membership entitlements are. Lack and rate of response is just shockingly bad. And maybe hotel still undergoing sprucing up but I don’t see how this is 5 star like. Better off spending money elsewhere.

  Membership team reached out with a service recovery. Hoping that the standards of madison house will be well kept so we can keep playing here. Thank you Raf. Updated from 1 star provided previously I used to enjoy playing here and was happy to pay a premium because Madison House positioned itself as a premium padel club. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. Court prices have increased from S$37 to S$45, yet the overall experience has gone backwards. During our session, the water cooler was empty, there were no towels available (which had always been provided on previous visits), and the complimentary cold towel service appears to have been discontinued. The biggest issue was at exactly 10:00 pm when all the lights were switched off without any warning. The courts and surrounding area became almost completely dark, and everyone had to use their phone flashlights just to collect balls, gather their belongings, and leave safely. It felt like players were being rushed out the moment the booking ended, which is not what I'd expect from a premium venue. Charging one of the highest court rates in Singapore is perfectly reasonable if the experience matches the price. However, paying more while receiving fewer amenities and poorer service is difficult to justify. I genuinely enjoyed playing here in the past, which is why this was so disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and restores the level of service that originally made Madison House stand out.
