All the staff we interacted with were nice but the Tuesday night T bone steak (medium rare) looked good but was tough and lacking taste, the beef schnitzel was burnt brown in colour and way overdone and disappointing. Side dish of vegetables were cold and undercooked, but mashed potato was a highlight. The place looks good with options for kids to play but based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend.
We went there, 15 minutes to half an hour later everyone aside from me gets their food. I'm waiting while everyone is eating and when everyone is halfway finished we went to the counter and asked what is going on with my burger, she said she'll ask and doesn't get back to us. 10 minutes later, we then ask another waiter who was walking around for 10 minutes asking who's burger it is and ends up giving it to me because I was still waiting. I got the burger, it was burnt to a crisp, the chips were cold, and I found a bit of eggshell, I sucked it up because I was that hungry! Photos of the eggshell provided.
