This was my first time playing here, and unfortunately it will also be my last. The courts are squeezed far too closely together, leaving very little space between games and making the overall experience feel cramped. The toilet facilities were absolutely disgusting and looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in months. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper available. When I asked the two staff members at reception, I was simply told that they didn’t have any. What really disappointed me was the way our booking ended. At 7:30pm, the exact end time of our reservation, a female member of staff insisted that we leave the court, despite the fact that no one was waiting to use it and we were still in the middle of our game. No other padel centre in Doha does this and I have never experienced such poor customer service at a padel centre. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the facilities and the attitude of the staff. I would not recommend this venue.
