  Very quite hotel no day time entertainment at all and as the weather wasn't great it needed some entertainment, staff not really approachable dont interact with ppl unless they talk Spanish food very poor same food all the time pudding selection very poor as well, no bins in the bedrooms or kettles to make a cuppa tea, not allowed to take food out of restaurant and not allowed to take ur own water into restaurant either, tea time is like a cattle market its like feeding time at the zoo how ppl rush and push and shove to get to the food. I would not class this as a 4 star hotel at all, we was on the 4th floor half the time the lift was out of order

  reviewing as a couple with a 13 year old and a 8 month old. Very very mixed review to be honest, has potential to be a good hotel. Pool - much smaller than the photos, needs a good scrub! So much sand and grit in the bottom of it which never moved the whole week we were there, lifeguard for the first half of the week was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard, if he wasn’t sitting in his chair on his phone he was inside his little hut not paying attention. Lifeguard changed half way through second one seemed to wander every now & then & watching the pool. Baby pool however good size & warm for the little ones. Sunbeds need replaced, half of them are broken. Parasoles are non existent be prepared to buy your own. Rooms - very small, we were tripping over eachother all week, balcony is a ok size, bathroom pretty modern, good aircon, however having crammed a double bed, single bed & a cot into a very small room wasn’t great & there was no option for us to upgrade to a bigger room when booking so assuming they don’t have bigger rooms. Cleanish. Cot cost €6 per night. Restaurants - biggest let down, one row of buffet food to choose from and even then your choice was fish, fish or oh yea fish. wok veg but nothing to go with it. if your a picky eater be prepared to eat chips all week. we did complain to restaurant manager and was met with hostility. Then complained to the receptionist who basically told us if we didn’t like it we could order vegan food instead.. eventually complained to the jet2 rep & the next day there was chicken nuggets, spaghetti, rice, etc. however it wasn’t cooked properly. Wouldn’t come here if you have a dairy allergy as everything has milk in it. breakfast served 8-10am, lunch 1-3 dinner 7:30-9:30 also they have like 3 high chairs for the whole restaurant so if your not in quick you won’t get one. all inclusive only available 10am-11pm Pool bar - good food made to order however it costs money between 1-3 even if you are all inclusive. Also to note there’s no baby changing in any the hotels toilets. Staff - could learn to smile, extremely rude. apart from the 2 girls on the entertainment team. Entertainment - there was a couple things done by the pool however they just started them didn’t come round and tell people they were about to start or see if they wanted to join, night time entertainment was okay - they had alternative nights one night was live music, following night bingo & some sort of act / quiz then back to live music the following night. Some of the acts weren’t great however the circus act was amazing, they also done a music quiz that was really good. Wifi - not great in the rooms, ok in the reception. Games room - 13 year old really enjoyed it, €2 for a game of pool, had 3 pool tables so always one available,couple racing games €1 a shot, Kids club - we took our 8 month old to the kids club one morning we were the only ones there but the woman was really good and she interacted with our little one and brought us toys over to play with her. only open 10:30-11:45am then 4-5:15pm but not actually advertised anywhere in the hotel we found it by accident so no wonder we were the only ones there. Location - 15 min walk to town/beach. Lifts take so long and are very small. I would say it’s the first hotel i’ve ever stayed at that i’ve not been given an information sheet stating what is on when. Certainly not a 4* hotel. Could be a lot better if they improved the food, cleaned properly, & the staff learned how to smile & be helpful. Would not return at all, totally overpriced for the quality.

  Amazing hotel! Great staff, wonderful music, the pool was fantastic, great place to bring your family and enjoy your vacation!
