  Appalling service. I joined an americano at KCC this past Saturday. Upon realising that the numbers were looking slow, I inboxed the organiser asking them what needs to happen in this instance - radio silence. I then drove from Helderfontein to Killarney because sometimes it does happen that matches fill up at the last minute. The staff ignored me, didn't make an effort to update me about what's going on and didn't offer solution or anything by way of an apology. I asked them to refund the money to my account and I have been ignored yet again. UPDATE: The issue has been resolved speedily by Katlego
