  let me tell you guys a recent incedent happend to me. I ordered Protein shake last week. Inside my shake, there was two pieces of rubber, which came out from my mouth. I showed it to the lady who prepared the shake for me. She made another one and mentioned that, she would check with her manager. all happend infront of other people and witnesses. These pieces of plastic garbages should be/might be most probably from their blender. A lady from the same bar sold us Protein Shakes, called me and told me that after checking, there is nothing wrong and everything was ok from their side. So basically, just like that ignored the whole thing. No one from their managment followed up nor called me. First of all becareful with your food and drink from this place. secondly, make sure to check anything you have...it seems hygine and consumers are not priority for them.

  For the capability and fire power they have it’s not the best managed Staff are wonderful as you will mostly find in Dubai and around the world - be respectful receive respect They have a complimentary valet only for padel players which is excellent 3 courts, HIGH ceilings which is great, clean facility. Some of the finishing was poor - a curtain remains in place where a door used to be, a very weird way to fix something. It’s been like this for 6+ months. The bathrooms are clean, free towels available which is nice and considerate for us. I did not check the juice bar but there is one available Overall has some stuff to fix up but it has good potential! Also, Al habtoor is a well known brand in UAE and they have a very competent team behind it.

  Excellent ceiling height. Valet parking . Overall great facility. Just need a bit of technical for the changing rooms
