Purchases, receipts and refunds
Find your entry-fee payments and receipts as a player, and view payments and issue refunds as an organizer.
1. Overview
Entry-fee payments show up in two places, depending on which side of them you are on. As a player, your payments and receipts live under Purchases in your dashboard. As an organizer, the payments you receive live in your Wallet, where you can also refund them. Both are under the Payments section of the dashboard menu.
2. Your purchases (players)

Watch: finding your purchases
Open Purchases.
Go to your dashboard and choose Purchases under the Payments section. Every tournament entry fee you've paid is listed, newest first.

Each purchase shows its status, the date and time, the amount you paid, and — where it applies — the tax portion (with the organizer's tax name and rate) and the service fee. Tap the receipt icon to open the Stripe receipt for a completed payment.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The payment is still being settled. |
| Completed | The payment went through — your spot is paid for. |
| Refunded | The payment was returned to you; the amount is shown struck through. |
| Expired | The payment was started but never completed, so it no longer counts. |
Stripe also emails you a receipt when a payment succeeds. If no receipt is available for a purchase yet, it usually means the payment hasn't settled.
3. Payments you've received (organizers)
Open the Wallet.
Go to your dashboard and choose Wallet under the Payments section. The Payments card lists the entry fees paid to you in the selected month.

Browse the month's payments.
Each row shows the player's name, when they paid, the amount and the service fee deducted. The card shows the most recent payments — tap See all for the month's full list, and use the month picker to look back at earlier months.
From the same list you can open the Stripe receipt for any payment. The revenue card above sums the month up: gross, fees, refunds and net — see the Payouts, taxes and revenue guide.
4. Refunding a player (organizers)
Find the payment in your wallet's Payments list.
Refundable payments show a refund button on their row.

Tap refund and confirm.
You're asked to confirm the amount and the player before the refund is sent. Once processed, the payment shows as refunded with the amount struck through, and it counts towards the Refunds line in your revenue.
Some refunds happen automatically, without you doing anything:
- A player who leaves more than 6 hours before the start is refunded automatically, minus the service fee.
- Deleting a tournament automatically refunds all paid players.
The Padel Fast service fee is not refundable, refunds can take up to 5 business days to reach the player, and a refunded player cannot rejoin the tournament.
5. Looking for your Pro subscription?
Padel Fast Pro subscriptions are separate from tournament purchases — they are managed under Subscription in the Account section of your dashboard, not in Purchases.
