  I’ve played at Premier Club several times, but the service on my last two visits was unacceptable. The balls provided had noticeably low pressure and poor bounce. As someone who has been playing padel regularly for around 1.5 years, this was very obvious during play. What stood out even more was the way the issue was handled. This is the only court I’ve experienced in Karachi where asking for a fresh set of balls brings the manager over to defend the old balls instead of simply replacing them. We raised a genuine concern and were still expected to continue playing with them. For a regular customer, this is disappointing customer service and not something I’m willing to deal with again. I won’t be playing here anymore.
